Police order shutdown of lawyer’s homepage

The criminal police department in Heidelberg temporarily shut down the website http://BeateBahner.de of medical law specialist Beate Bahner, because a meeting was called there on Easter Saturday at 3:00 p.m. A corresponding application had been sent to 1 & 1 Telecommunication SE in Montabaur. In fact, the website http://BeateBahner.de could no longer be accessed. The responsible police spokesman Norbert Schätzle did not want to comment on this: “Since this is an ongoing investigation, I can unfortunately not give you any details.”

In addition to her urgent application for the immediate suspension of all Corona ordinances from April 8, 2020 to the Federal Constitutional Court in Karlsruhe, Bahner informed the Federal Constitutional Court judges: “I am being criminally challenged in accordance with a public request. § 111 StGB determined because I invited to the nationwide demonstration ‘Coronoia 2020’ on Easter Saturday at 3 p.m. The criminal offense is: “Anyone who publicly or through dissemination of writings calls for an illegal day will be punished.” Since when has demonstration been a crime? Have the fundamental fundamental rights of freedom of expression under Article 5 GG and freedom of assembly under Article 8 GG mutated into crimes within just two weeks? Has the Basic Law really been abolished? My homepage was shut down by order of the police. ”

In a letter to the lawyer Juli Zeh, Bahner wrote: “We are not serious criminals who can be locked away for weeks! Or are people really afraid of being sipped by a wine bottle with the killer virus or being coughed up by a sneaker with the killer virus? And do people really continue to believe that they are walking killer viruses from which one has to protect and hide? We are not criminals to be monitored by the police when we exercise our fundamental freedoms and human rights, I just can’t believe it. ”
