Turkey

Again America?

The agreement entered into force on October 10, and Hamas started to hand over dead-alive hostages, and Israel began to release Palestinian prisoners it had been holding. If you remember Trump’s speech in Sharm el-Sheikh on October 13, after the live hostages were returned and the dead were handed over, the second phase of the agreement between Israel and Hamas would begin. This would be a preparation period for Hamas to disarm and hand over the administration of Gaza. As soon as Hamas disarmed, both internal security and an International Stability Force (ISF) would be established to counter Israeli ceasefire violations.

According to the news, Trump came to Egypt with people who were announced as “diplomacy and security officials,” and it was stated that this force would include Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey, which signed the Sharm el-Sheikh document, as well as Pakistan, Indonesia, Azerbaijan, Australia, Malaysia, Canada, and France. However, something happened, and an unnamed England sent a military delegation to Israel the next day, and they started preparations for the ISF.

No official announcement was made; but it was understood that Israel did not want Turkey in this force; therefore, representatives of Turkey and other countries that recognize Palestine could not participate in the preparatory work! Trump had already forgotten Palestine and Gaza; he turned his attention to Russia’s “Doomsday Weapon” and his upcoming trip to the Far East to meet with China. Therefore, the task fell to an unnamed “American official” again; according to his statements, “The US saw benefits in Turkey being in the international force.”

In other words, the US did not tell Israel, “We made this agreement on this condition, and Turkey and other Muslim countries must be in this force,” but rather “It would be good if Turkey were there. Only they can convince Hamas,” and he was “managing” the parties in this way. Netanyahu and his partners, who were forcing him to break the ceasefire, threatening to dissolve the coalition and open the way to a court and possibly prison, were all shouting in unison, “We don’t want Turkey!”

Russia’s Doomsday Weapon, the intercontinental missile, is something that can stay in the air indefinitely, is powered by nuclear fuel, is 10 times faster than sound, and can, of course, be equipped with nuclear weapons; the US does not have the means to prevent it (yet). In other words, Trump needed to take action against this new weapon, on the one hand trying to get China, India (and even North Korea) on his side against Russia, and on the other hand.

Trump’s initial reaction was to announce that the US would restart nuclear tests, which it had last conducted in 1992. Although the US had stopped conducting nuclear tests, it was known that its nuclear weapon development work had not come to an end. It is certainly not impossible for the US to develop a defense or a similar threat weapon against the Russian missile, which the American media has dubbed “Flying Chernobyl”. However, this would require Congress to allocate funds, and for Trump to immediately engage with the Democrats again and, for example, put an end to the current government shutdown.

His Far East trip, which failed to secure the desired trade concessions from China, let alone bringing India to his side against Russia, with the only tangible gain being a replica of the golden Cheonmachong crown from South Korea, which was discovered in a tomb, will Trump be able to turn his attention back to the Gaza issue? On one hand, the pressure from Neoconservatives to continue the Ukraine war, and on the other hand, his own and his team’s plans to launch an “invasion” against Venezuela, Colombia, Cuba, and Mexico, which they have labeled as narco-terrorist, where will this push Trump?

With 14 of its boats being hit by the US Navy in the open sea on suspicion of carrying narcotics, Venezuela’s leader Nicolas Maduro is seeking military assistance from Russia. American scientists (such as John Mearsheimer, a professor at the University of Chicago) believe that Trump and his team are “morally and materially bankrupt”.

Unfortunately, in this case, the issue continues to be America.
