Anka-3 meets skies for the first time

Türkiye’s second stealthy armed drone Anka-3 made its maiden flight yesterday. Produced by TUSAŞ, the drone flew 70 minutes in the sky.

Anka-3 can fly with 1200 kg payload, carrying all types of missiles and munitions. Together with payload, its total weight can rise up to 6.5 ton. The drone flies with an Ukrainian engine partly modified by TUSAŞ. Meanwhile, TUSAŞ’s subsidiary TEİ is working on a turbo engine with 6000 lbs thrust, which will be installed to Anka-3 and Kızılelma.
