Bayraktar Akinci fires supersonic missile from 100 km range at an altitude of 38.000 feet

A record shot came from Bayraktar AKINCI UCAV: The armed drone hit from an altitude of 38.000 feet.

Bayraktar AKINCI TİHA successfully completed another firing test on March 16, 2024 with the KKS/ANS guided UAV-230, Turkey’s first air-to-surface supersonic missile developed indigenously by Roketsan.


Bayraktar AKINCI, which took off from AKINCI Flight Training and Test Center in Çorlu, Tekirdağ, with two UAV-230s on its wings, headed to Sinop to conduct a long-range firing test.

The UAV-230 supersonic missiles fired by Bayraktar AKINCI from an altitude of 38 thousand feet at the Sinop Firing Range hit the target at a distance of 100 kilometers off the Black Sea with full accuracy.
