Japanese food company Nissin Foods Holdings Co. Ltd. has bought a noodle factory owned by Oba Makarnacılık, a Turkish pasta producer. Located in Sakarya city, procurement deal includes machines of factory, too.
The procurement has become effective as of October 1, 2025.
Oba Makarnacılık is currently Türkiye’s biggest pasta producer with several factories across the country. The company HQs are in Gaziantep.
