”Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, the main perpetrator of the genocide applied to thousands of people in Gaza, gave the task of fixing their tarnished image in Europe due to the massacres to the Greek Cypriot President Christolides, who is also known as a ‘genocide supporter’ in southern Cyprus.
In Netanyahu’s meeting with Christodulides, he explained that Israel is going through tough days in terms of image, and told Christodulides, ”When you become the EU term president, support us in fixing and positively changing Israel’s and my image in Europe.”
Christodulides, who said ‘Introduce me to US President Trump,’ reportedly replied, ”Don’t worry. During our EU presidency term, I will fulfill this in the best way. I will do everything to fix the image of Israel and you (Netanyahu).”
Christodulides stated that the Foreign Affairs and European Ministries will work intensively in this direction, and gave the guarantee that ”they will act as a bridge between Israel and the EU.”
