World’s top 100 defense companies have been announced by Defense News magazine. The biggest firms created an amount of 595 billion USD.
The US dominated the list with 46 firms and 53% of total revenue. Top three firms were listed as Lockheed Martin, Raytheon and Boeing.
Three Turkish firms were also in the list with following rank and revenues;
49. Aselsan: 2,25 bln
67. TUSAŞ: 1,3 bln
86. Roketsan: 814 million
Bayraktar TB drones’ producer Baykar Tech was not seen in the list though companies with lower revenue were in the list
