FETO Diaspora; The deterioator of Turkish- Western Relations.

According to Anadolu Agency “Turkey has withdrawn its troops ( 40 soldiers) from a NATO military drill in Norway after President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Friday that his name and the picture of Turkish Republic’s founder Mustafa Kemal Ataturk were used in an “enemy chart””.   NATO and Norway have officially apologized from Turkey for incident.

Turkish media claims that at least one of those two officers who used  Erdogan and Ataturk’s  pictures in enemy chart is a FETO member.  We all know that FETO terrorist organization headed by Fetullah Gulen, living in safety in Pennsylvania and refused to be extradited by US government, attempted a coup in July 15 of 2016. Thanks to Allah first and then to Turkish people and President Erdogan, the coup was repelled and FETO members involded in coup attempt were imprisoned.  However, some of them fled Turkey before and after failed coup and began to live in USA, Canada and European countries.

It is estimated that only in Germany there are 8000 FETO members. Since German government protects them, they know that they won’t be extradited, and attack Turkey with their best efforts.  There are also considerable numbers in other countries as well. Their only job, work, duty or however you call is to conduct smear campaigns against President Erdogan and Turkey.

This so-called FETO Diaspora, a new but true term, won’t stop insulting Turkey. They will continue to deteriorate Turkish- Western relations in every opportunity as they did in Norway and previously in other countries.  European and US authorities must know that FETO diaspora is not solely a problem of Turkey but also theirs as they live on their territories and their atrocities affect them, too.

The West, quite tolerant to FETO and their activities, should understand that it is FETO diaspora that poisons relations. If they investigate all incidents that raised tensions between Turkey and themselves carefully, they will see that the real perpetrator behind unwanted and unintended problems is FETO. For example, US government should examine how and why Reza Zarrab, a businesman accused of violating US sanctions on Iran,  was arrested. Does American Ministry of Justice know that former prosecutor Preet Bharara translated FETO prosecutors’ indictment in 17-25 December 2013 probe and used it as it is? As can be seen in below documents even commas are the same.

Regarding to Europe,  do they know that all Turkish citizens charged for being spies of Turkey were denounced by FETO members? I am sure that they know all targeted Turks are innocent since they were released.  They should acknowledge that as long as FETO is free to act, move and make black propaganda against Turkey, tensions won’t decline. So, what Europe and America must do is to either extradite them or ban their activities. They must also consider Turkish intelligence service’s warnings.

As final words, Turkey is not hostile to the West even though it is not respected by them.  Better relations are possible only with pacifying FETO members.
