WASHINGTON — Laura Loomer is not a commentator. She is not a provocateur. She is a documented bigot who has built a career on attacking innocent Muslims, mocking dead children, and selling conspiracy theories to the highest bidder. And now, astonishingly, she has access to the former president of the United States.
Loomer, 32, has called herself a “proud Islamophobe.” Let that word settle. She is proud of hating an entire faith of nearly two billion people — including millions of American citizens. She has described Islam as a “cancer.” She has called the Quran a “book of hate.” This is not criticism. This is racial and religious animus, pure and simple.
Mocking the Dead
If her anti-Muslim rhetoric weren’t enough, Loomer has dragged her filth across the graves of murdered children. She has publicly suggested that the Sandy Hook massacre — in which 20 six- and seven-year-olds were shot dead in their classrooms — was a staged event with “crisis actors.” Those families have spent years fleeing from monsters like Loomer. She has never apologized. She has only doubled down.
She has also pushed the lie that 9/11 was an “inside job.” Nearly 3,000 Americans — office workers, firefighters, police officers — died that day. Loomer spits on their memory for clicks.
The Israel Pretense
Loomer claims to support Israel. But mainstream Jewish organizations have repeatedly flagged her antisemitic rhetoric. She has accused Jewish Americans of “disloyalty” — the same slur used to persecute Jews for centuries. Her so-called support for Israel is nothing more than a weapon. She uses Jewish safety as a cudgel to beat Muslims, then turns around and peddles tropes against Jews. It is cynical. It is transparent. And it is ugly.
Access Without Accountability
Here is where the story turns from disgusting to dangerous. In April 2025, Loomer met with Donald Trump in the Oval Office. Shortly after, multiple National Security Council officials were fired. Loomer has no security clearance. No foreign policy experience. No business being anywhere near classified information. Yet she has been photographed aboard Air Force One and seen walking through restricted campaign areas.
