The American congress’ summer break started last week. While some congressmen returned back to their hometowns to listen to problems of local people, some of them rushed to Israel.
Speaker of the House Mike Johnson was among the first to visit Western Wall with a kippa. Johnson later visited radical Jews in West Bank and declared his support to illegal settlements.
In addition, Arkansas governor Sarah Huckabee, who is daughter of Mike Huckabee, US ambassador to Israel and a staunch evangelist, paid a visit to Western Wall. Another visitor to Jews’ sacred wall was congressman Randy Fine.
Besides them, CENTCOM head Erik Kurilla also visited Western Wall. While their Western Wall visits were not confirmed, congressmen Michael McCaul, Nathaniel Moran, Michael Cloud and Claudia Tenney are currently in Israel, too.
American politicians are under massive criticism of Americans due to their prioritization of Israel to America. Majority of them are receiving donations from Jewish lobbies, a method Israel and Jewish community use to tie politicians to themselves.
